Privacy Policy

This page explains how we handle data collected through the Revenue Growth Engine Diagnostic.

Who we are (Data Controller)

The data controller for this service is Storrer Growth Solutions LLP, a UK limited liability partnership registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). What we collect
  • Company website — so we can analyse your public-facing content as part of the diagnostic.
  • Diagnostic answers — five questions about your company stage, team size, primary channel, pipeline value, and biggest bottleneck. These shape the AI assessment.
  • Name and email address — only if you choose to unlock the full report. We use this to associate the report with you and enable follow-up.

We do not use cookies or third-party trackers for analytics or advertising on this tool.

How we use your data
  • Generate your personalised revenue-engine diagnostic report.
  • Store the report securely so you can retrieve it when you unlock it with your email.
  • Send transactional follow-up directly related to your diagnostic submission (delivering the report, answering questions you raise, scheduling any requested call). We do not use diagnostic emails for unsolicited marketing campaigns.
Lawful basis for processing

Under the UK GDPR, we rely on the following lawful bases:

  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to run and improve the diagnostic, generate your report, forward qualified enquiries into our CRM, and provide transactional follow-up about your submission. We have assessed that this processing is necessary, proportionate, and does not override your rights.
  • Legitimate interests — to keep secure logs and maintain the integrity of the service.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where we must retain records to comply with UK law.

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time by contacting us.

GoHighLevel (GHL) forwarding

When you unlock your report, we forward your name, email, website, and a summary of your diagnostic scores to our GoHighLevel (Lead Connector) CRM via a secure webhook. This lets our team follow up with relevant, personalised guidance. The transfer is encrypted and we only send the data needed for that purpose.

Data retention

We keep diagnostic records for as long as necessary to provide the service and support any follow-up. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing stuart@storrergrowthsolutions.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

Security

Diagnostic data is stored in a secured database with row-level access controls. All database access from our servers is authenticated and encrypted in transit. We do not sell or share your data with unrelated third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email above. Because the diagnostic can be used without an account, we may ask you to confirm details (such as the email you provided) to verify your identity before processing a request.

Complaints to the ICO

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, we'd like the chance to put it right — please contact Stuart Storrer first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The "Updated" date at the top of the page reflects the latest version.
