By accessing or using the Revenue Growth Engine Diagnostic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the tool.
The diagnostic is provided for informational and self-assessment purposes. You may use it to evaluate your B2B revenue engine and receive AI-generated recommendations. You must not misuse the service by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or limit access if misuse is detected.
All content, branding, and materials within the diagnostic—including the report structure, scoring methodology, and design—are owned by Storrer Growth Solutions. You may view, download, and share your personal report, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the underlying content or methodology without our prior written consent.
The diagnostic and any generated reports are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the outputs are complete, error-free, or suitable for your specific circumstances. The results are not a substitute for professional advice. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storrer Growth Solutions and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the diagnostic, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the service—which, in the case of the free diagnostic, is zero.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Updated" date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the diagnostic after changes means you accept the revised terms.
